Where is The haven at wake Located?

Our community is less than a mile away from Wake Forest University, 3 miles from downtown Winston-Salem and walking distance to local eateries, cafes, and shops. Our community is perfect for all people who are looking for a balance of work and fun!

HOW DO I APPLY?

We are here to make the leasing process as simple as possible when it comes to our homes. Simply click the "APPLY NOW" link in the navigation bar or the paperclip icon to begin the application process. You can also submit your application through the Floorplans Page, and our leasing team will be in touch soon!

IS The Haven at Wake PET FRIENDLY?

Yes! All of our apartments are pet friendly. With a fenced in dog park, we are so excited to welcome your furry friends! Let them run around in the dog park or take a walk around the community on a sunny day!

what is individual leasing?

An individual lease, also known as "by the bed" leasing, is renting your own space in a shared home. When you sign with the Haven at Wake, you're only responsible for your part of the rent and expenses, not what your roommates owe. It makes things clear and fair in a shared living situation! You'll have your own agreement, and you are only responsible for your space and shared common areas.

WHERE ARE THE STAND ALONE UNITS LOCATED?

Discover The Sparrow's Nest and The Mallard's Nest, conveniently located at the corner of Polo Road and Dalton Road.
